Is there a minimum usage requirement?
As the capital cost of machines are high, a minimum usage per month needs to be maintained. Monthly usage on individual machines vary. Chat to one of our consultants for more information.
Who is responsible for filling the machine?
Vending Solutions or its approved operator will stock the machine.
Does the machine accept cashless payments?
All our machines are fitted standard with Nayax cashless payment systems that accept credit/debit cards, staff cards as well as mobile app payments.
Who takes care of technical problems?
Vending Solutions has fully trained technical staff who attend to all problems promptly.
How often is the machine stocked?
Under full-service vending, refilling takes place at least twice a month or more often if necessary.
How much electricity does it use?
Consumption is less than the average domestic fridge.
Where will it be positioned?
We require the machine to be placed to provide maximum exposure to potential consumers.
How much space is required?
Approximately one square metre of floor space is required with a further 1 ½ metres from the front of the machine necessary to allow space for the door to open during the refilling process.

Machines are stocked with all the leading brands such as Coca-Cola, Cadbury, Nestlé etc. and you may request specific items to suit your needs.
